Data Deletion Instructions

If you want Subject Buddy to delete personal data associated with your account, messages, or support requests, email support@subjectbuddy.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

1. Send the request from the email address associated with your Subject Buddy interaction, or include enough information for identity verification.
2. Mention the data source you want removed, such as website contact forms, WhatsApp conversations, study-support records, or marketing communications.
3. We may ask for additional verification before processing the request, to protect account security and prevent unauthorized deletion.
4. Once verified, deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

If complete deletion is not immediately possible, Subject Buddy will restrict further processing wherever feasible and explain the reason for any retained records.
